Question: Are your clothes high quality?
Answer: Absolutely! We always strive to offer the highest quality products to our customers. All our clothing is carefully selected and made with high quality materials to ensure you get a product that is both comfortable and durable. In addition, all of our products are printed by ourselves, which means that we can guarantee a high standard on each product. We are confident that you will love our clothes as much as we do!

Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Response: 
We accept the most common payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Unionpay) and also Klarna, Shop Pay and Google pay.

Question: What do you mean by "print with a velvet feel" as it says in the description of some products?
Answer : These are printed with a special flocked print which is a thicker print that "stands up" from the garment and feels like soft velvet and gives a more exclusive feel.

Question: Can I put printed garments in a tumble dryer or drying cabinet?
Answer: To ensure that the pressure on the products lasts as long as possible, we recommend air drying after washing. One tip is to simply hang them on a hanger. It is also more environmentally friendly and saves energy.

Question: How long does it take for my order to ship?
Answer: Since we print all products ourselves in our own printing house to ensure the highest quality and durability, it can exceptionally take up to 10 working days in case of high load. However, we usually ship much faster, within 3-5 working days.

Question: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Answer: We can change or cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to make changes.

Question: How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link provided to track your order.

Question: What do I do if I receive the wrong product or if the product is damaged?
Answer: We apologize for any problems with your order. Please contact our customer service and we will immediately help you solve the problem by either replacing the product or refunding your money.

Question: Do you accept returns?
Answer: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Contact our customer service to start the return process.

Answer: Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination. You can see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.
